We love the handmade touch that gives this hairclip its charm. Made with golkd silk and natural felt in the style of a hydrangea with pearl beads, it's super pretty and costs a mere £28 at Arty & Bella.
Adding to the charm is that Arty & Bella's capsule bridal range came about by accident after they were asked to make the occasional piece then were spotted by Cosmo Brides and Conde Nast Brides. Way to go!
We say yes as we're more than a little in love with the glam range of headwear that recalls a bygone era that we'd quite like to live in, so long as we were rich and fabulous, of course. There are lots of pretty, romantic styles and plenty of avant garde numbers with hats, fascinators and headbands all in abundance for brides and her guests. Here's a few of our favourites:

Brooches are such a simple and chic way of adding a little unique touch to gowns. They really took off within the last couple of years with all manner of designers adding them to wedding dresses. If your dress hasn't come with a jewelled detail, rejoice! You can pick your own. And as I'm particularly into things that can be used after the day, I think this Mother of Pearl and Marcasite flower brooch would look great pinned on jackets, cardys and bags long after. It's £50 at Tzefira.
I've just spotted some beautiful fascinators from Twigs & Honey (such a charming name, don't you think?) on Happy Hour Bride. I particularly like the very romantic duck egg blue floral feather spray but contemporary brides should take a look at the silk feather birdcage veil for a very cool look:
Then I took a closer look at their site and discovered these amazing corsage belts and necklaces. Wouldn't they make such joyful, colourful additions to your dress?

Wales-based bridal boutique High Society Bride have just dropped us a line to let us know that they've launched a new online store by the same name. We love the girly graphics and easy navigation which takes you to accessories divided into shoes, jewellery, headdresses, lingerie and extras where you'll find storage boxes and pretty parasols.

I'm really very keen on these headpieces. The left fascinator is made from pearls and pink velvet roses with a pleated French frill (does anything sound lovelier?) for £165. The right headpiece is a real standout look with velvet flowers, feathers, crystals and a French frill (£120). I'd love to see the latter paired up with a dusky pink dress.
Thanks to this month's Ikea Family magazine, which featured a blog style article from Constanca, I found her blog Saidos da Concha and from there her Etsy shop, BlancbySDC where she sells these uber cute handmade ring pillows. They're all $38 each and these two are my favourite.

Deploy Couture hit on a great idea when they created their collection of mix'n'match pieces. The idea is really simple. Instead of having one special dress you may only wear once, why not have a dress that can be split into various elements then mix and matched with other pieces to create new outfits.
Sister label Hennumi are certainly worth a mention. Headwear is created using offcuts or recycled from other outfits to create unique pieces that can be customised with freshwater pearls, crystals beads, feathers, and vintage buttons to create styles like the ones above.
