Every once in a while a press release drops into our inbox with a fab idea. This one, sent to us today by Gold Top, has got a great little recipe for making your own cookies which is brilliant if a) you're a DIY baker b) are sure you won't snarf it up, c) don't have a huge guest list d) are prepared to get a bit creative with the design.

We are always pleased to see another eco-friendly bridalwear designer but we're not all that sure about the execution of this Blushless dress (fabulous name, no?).
What say you, readers?
They may be bordering on the ridiculously hugely heeled, but by golly we want them anyway. Our sharp eyed vintage finding friend Erin at Pretty Vintage found these peep toes and we think they would make a pretty fabulous pair of heels for brides who want to add some height. The diamante trim is far too pretty to keep hidden so we fully advocate teaming with a knee length frock or dying a brilliant jewel shade if possible.

When you're in need of a girly bridal candy fix, do head to Charlotte Balbier for a delightfully pink, butterfly strewn site where you'll find lovely dresses like this. 'Natasha' is from the equally charming Summer of Love collection and is a delicate lacy mermaid gown with a nod to vintage-modern styling.
We're blown away by this Cecilia Perez dress that is decorated with divine organza, satin and lace flowers for a brilliantly textured effect and just check out that train. Wouldn't it make a perfect summer gown for a rose themed wedding?

As well as being terriffically cute, these notebooks are rather useful for the more forgetful couple. We love a colourful wedding dress, we just don't love pink whipped cream. However, we are having fun imagining the model here with a fistful of hair shrieking 'get me out of this before I pull all my hair out.' Oh the fun she is clearly having.
