We are so utterly enchanted by this cake. The theme is Versailles Birds with inspiration taken from Matthew Williamson and Alexander McQueen to create handpainted birds and flowers. It almost seems rude to eat it but we totally would. Twice.

This dress doesn't really say 'Africa' to us but it must to someone because that's what it's called. On the plus side, it is red and we don't see nearly enough dresses in hues beyond white. We think this red is particularly beautiful and the pale lace on the bodice and skirt does make sure it still says bridal and not ballgown in the wrong department. Would you wear it?
We're awfully fond of simple dresses like this. Really, it doesn't even need dressing up because it's such a confident dress. It does need frills, fuss, bows and lace, it's just happy to be a beautiful dress to be worn by a happy woman.
Thinking of ditching the tiara? We think a hair comb can look very dramatic be it paired with soft, flowing waves or a sleek knot. The Swaorvski crytal leaves and pearl flowers will definately add a glam new dimension to your look.

We like this ruffled ballerina dress for a destination wedding, it's cute, it's fun and it would be great in a hot climate. Or perhaps as reception dress with a cute pair of peep toes if your ceremony dress is very formal?
Holy cow. Can you get any more frills? We're thinking probably not. But don't worry, there's a stuck-on bow to distract you and a rather transparent looking lace corset. The shoulder straps double as bottle cleaners which we think smacks of a touch of genius.
Pleats are normally a bit of a nightmare especially when you are as fond of ironing as we are. However, for a dress you may only wear once, we say go for it! Wear pleats, you'll never have to iron it! Anyway, they are rather gentle pleats and we like the overall look very much.
We love the handmade touch that gives this hairclip its charm. Made with golkd silk and natural felt in the style of a hydrangea with pearl beads, it's super pretty and costs a mere £28 at Arty & Bella.
Adding to the charm is that Arty & Bella's capsule bridal range came about by accident after they were asked to make the occasional piece then were spotted by Cosmo Brides and Conde Nast Brides. Way to go!
Coo! Pretty shoes! We're a sucker for them. We don't know if we could actually walk in them but we sure as anything wouldn't turn them down if they were handed to us on a silver platter. They aren't wedding shoes per se but wouldn't they both look fantastic with a wedding dress and they'd be great for swish nights out after.
The rose courts are £150 and the butterfly peep toes are £150, both online at Karen Millen (we love most of the range, if truth be told).
We love halterneck gowns and wish we could see more of them. They're terrifically flattering for toned upper arms and shoulders. Even better, it is detachable so you switch up your look between day and evening. The little dashes of detailing from the embroidered bodice to the lace-up back are well placed. We are not loving the bun head though.
