I'm quite a fan of Peggy Porschen and can't fail but admire her gorgeous mini cakes, cookie favours and glam wedding cakes. If you do too, and you're a dab hand at sugarcraft, three masterclasses are being held at her Battersea studio this May. There she'll teach you how to make and decorate cookies with summer themes of clothes and shoes, techniques for creating her miniature tea rose cakes and floral fancies.
