I'm already a fan of Net-a-porter with their masses of jewellery, accessories, shoes and big brand designers. It's a great place to look for something special without having to trudge through the shops. Brides are now getting their own dedicated wedding boutique too:
The boutique is divided into sections for bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride and guest along with lingerie and honeymoon categories.
In the bride section, I spotted dresses by Phillip Lim, Bill Blass and Roberto Cavalli, Roksanda Ilincic and this lovely silk halterneck Marchesa gown (£655):
Sure, there aren't any wedding designers per se, but there are plenty of high-end dresses that could make great bridalwear. Let's not forget accessories either with shoes from the likes of Jimmy Choo, Miu Miu and Lanvin and jewellery from Vivienne Westwood et al. Picture time? I think so...
Clockwise from top left: Vivienne Westwood pearl and silver bow necklace £215, Pedro Garcia satin Dannie pumps £181, Kenneth Jay Lane rectangular earrings £122, pearl grosgrain ribbon bracelet £259 and Lanvin satin ballet flats £279. All available here.
